Laura Dixon-Hart brings over 15 years’ experience to rapidly growing Hotel CRM innovator, For-Sight.
For-Sight Software Ltd, a leading innovator in CRM, guest engagement and marketing software solutions for the hospitality industry, is delighted to welcome Laura Dixon-Hart to the Senior Leadership Team in the newly created role of People & HR Manager.
Laura joins For-Sight’s Senior Leadership Team at a time of ambitious growth and will be responsible for the development, well-being, and support of our talented, and growing, team.
With a career of over 15 years’ experience, in both the private and public sector, Laura will play a key role in the expansion of the business through 2022 and beyond as we continue to grow.

The past 12 months have been a period of strategic growth and investment for For-Sight Software, following the sale of its subsidiary business, Forth Communication, in 2021. With several high-profile new customers, such as the Celtic Collection, Kew Green Hotels joining existing customers like The Belfry, StayCity, Dalata and RBH Management. For-Sight has also recently made several new appointments, including welcoming Matthew Willacy as Director of Sales.
When not helping develop our Team, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, including supporting her son in his various sporting endeavours. Laura also joins the growing For-Sight list of Pet Parents, with 2 year old springer spaniel Evie!
