We all know that the pandemic has been particularly challenging for our beloved hospitality industry, but even though our team still haven’t made it back to the offices yet, we’ve been working hard at For-Sight HQ (aka our spare bedrooms) to help play our part in its sustainable recovery! 

The whole of Team For-Sight is focused on delivering the best CRM and Marketing solution to help our clients achieve their goals. Here are just a few ways over the last year in which we’ve invested in our technology, our team and our overall solution to help our clients and partners come back with a vengeance: 

1) We Launched Our New Reporting Suite

Earlier this year we launched our advanced new reporting suite, allowing users to not only visualise key metrics and utilise a wide range of insightful reports, but also to help them identify important trends and make informed decisions. 

For example, our Front Desk report shows users which guests arriving today still don’t have a valid email address (aka an OTA email address) allowing them to convert these during check-in! 

2) We’ve Strengthened Our Security

We’ve upgraded our authentication and elevated our dataprocessing, which in non-geek terms means our CRM and our user’s data is now even more secure, more intelligent and more importantly, future-proof! 

Security is critical, especially when it comes to data – that’s why we’ve recently moved our platform to Azure and our users now benefit from advanced data security, Microsoft’s built-in protection as well as geographic access restrictions.  

 3) We’ve Streamlined Our Integrations

Our CRM brings together multiple data points to create a single view of your guest and it’s no secret that this wouldn’t be possible without our integration partners. That’s why we’ve worked hard to enhance our connectivity approach – so you can build even richer guest profiles. 

We can now streamline future integrations making them easier and quicker to implement. This year we integrated with some fantastic platforms including Apaleo, Avvio, Concept, Guesty and Premier Spa – just to mention a few.

4) We Invested in Our People

We would be nothing without our people! Our ever-expanding team are some of the most dedicated and intelligent people to work with. 

Whether we’re out at events supporting the industry, or we’re working remotely from our spare bedrooms, our people are constantly looking for ways to develop and improve not only our solution but also the service we deliver to our clients and partners. 

5) We’re Looking to the future

The focus here at For-Sight has always been on data and educating people on its use as a critical business asset. But now, more than ever, we’re putting our users at the heart of everything we do.  

Our CRMReporting and Marketing Solutions have all been designed to equip users with the tools they need to supercharge their data, elevate their guests experience and boost their revenue, helping them to bounce back from the pandemic.
