Making it easier to send single-send marketing campaigns directly within For-Sight’s CRM and Marketing Platform
With our latest platform update, we are pleased to announce that you can now create single-send marketing campaigns directly within For-Sight. While creating and sending single-send marketing campaigns has always been an option for For-Sight users, this update makes it even easier for hoteliers to send marketing campaigns through the For-Sight platform! Along with a simpler process for setting up campaigns, we’ve added built-in protections for users to enhance compliance with GDPR. Read on to learn more about the most recent update to For-Sight’s CRM and Marketing Platform!
Making it easier for you to set up single-send marketing campaigns.
With our single-send marketing campaign feature, you can enjoy a faster and simpler flow for setting up single-send marketing campaigns, similar to our existing transactional campaigns. One of the features this integrates best with is our segmentation feature, making it easy for you to send tailored messaging to your guests, prioritised based on your goals.
For example, maybe you’d like to send a marketing campaign with alternate messaging targeted at couples, people who live in Ireland, and those who have booked spa treatments. With For-Sight’s enhanced segmentation capabilities, you’ll be able to create segments for each of these categories. Once you have your segments, you can add them to your campaign. You can then prioritise these segments so that contacts that fall into multiple segments will only receive the message of the most important segment to you.
That could look like this:
- Couples – Prioritise a marketing message targeted to book a romantic getaway package.
- Spa Treatments – Promote one of your most important secondary revenue streams with a spa offer.
- Irish Contacts – Craft a message designed for domestic travellers to book a local holiday.
- Everyone Else – Include a generic marketing message for other contacts.

Built-in Protections
To ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, we have added extra protections to our platform that will automatically exclude contacts that do not have marketing consent for the specific channel you’re sending to. This means that you don’t have to guess whether a contact has opted in to SMS or email communications. We’ve already done the work for you!
