2022 has been a year of growth at For-Sight. We’ve improved our solution, launched new features, continued to grow our integration partnership portfolio, and welcomed new customers and new team members.

Why did you choose to come work at For-Sight?
I was really excited by the opportunity to help grow a young and ambitious business in a market that has so much runway. The opportunity to lead the team through a new and transformative part of their journey to acquire more customers and enter new markets was another major appeal. I also love building products that deliver real value and empowering people and teams to achieve more and there is so much opportunity for that here.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I love to travel, i caught the bug in my teens and I think I would be pretty nomadic in another life. I love to eat out, meet friends and watch lots of sport… pretty normal stuff. I have two young children and enjoy doing things with them that allows me to be a bit of a kid now and again too and encouraging them to try and experience new things although rarely successfully.
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
This is a tough one… I’m a pretty vanilla guy but folk always seem surprised by my shameless love for Pina Coladas, especially if they have just met me etc… and there always comes a point in a night out when it’s time… I don’t look like i love a pina colada… but I really love a pina colada.
How do you sum up in just a few words your philosophy about life, how you treat others and what you value?
it’s pretty simple, be kind and respectful but respectfully challenge when your gut tells you something isn’t right… Peoples intentions are generally good and even if we get it wrong, that’s ok. Mistakes are good and as long as we had the correct moral intent and learn, we can always move forward (nobody died).

Why did you choose to come work at For-Sight?
I had recently graduated from University and was eagerly looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart my professional career – I came across For-Sight and was really intrigued by their advanced automaton solutions and CRM software – the more I learned about the company’s culture and growth I knew it would be a fantastic environment for me to learn and thrive in. I will forever be thankful for the opportunity!
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
When I am not working – I really enjoy learning and practicing web design, going to the gym and playing the guitar
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
A fun fact not many know about me is that I can speak a little Tamil curtesy of my girlfriend
How do you sum up in just a few words your philosophy about life, how you treat others and what you value?
I try to follow these words – ‘How can I improve my health, expand my knowledge and strengthen my body today’

Why did you choose to come work at For-Sight?
I liked that For-Sight was a small successful company but growing at speed and I really wanted to be part of that journey and contribute to its success.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I love exploring new places whether that be travelling abroad or within the UK. I also love hill climbing and mountain climbing, the sense of achievement and the views on a clear day are amazing
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I once sat on Rod Stewart’s shoulders at an Oasis concert at Loch Lomond.
How do you sum up in just a few words your philosophy about life, how you treat others and what you value?
My philosophy about life is everything happens for a reason and what’s meant to be will be. Always be kind to others and I value and never take for granted my health and my amazing family and friends.

Why did you choose to come work at For-Sight?
I was looking for a challenging and exciting role in a company that wanted to grow and modernise. For-Sight ticked all those boxes and seemed friendly.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I love to travel, watch films and keep fit.
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I once won a 6-day ultra-race in the Himalayas! Totally unexpectedly.
How do you sum up in just a few words your philosophy about life, how you treat others and what you value?
Treat people like you want to be treated, be kind and courteous and give people the benefit of the doubt. Don’t be a doormat though and stand up for what you believe in.
