We were delighted to add SMS as an additional communication tool for our customers! With SMS, you can provide an improved customer experience, keeping guests informed in a convenient way for them. 🚀Marketing campaigns deployed directly from For-Sight

While creating and sending single-send marketing campaigns has always been an option for For-Sight users, this update has made it even easier for hoteliers to send marketing campaigns through the For-Sight platform! With our single-send marketing campaign feature, you can enjoy a faster and simpler flow for setting up single-send marketing campaigns, similar to our existing transactional campaigns. To ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, we have added extra protections to our platform that will automatically exclude contacts that do not have marketing consent for the specific channel you’re sending to.

This enhanced partnership marked a significant milestone this year in our mission to deliver a seamless, data-driven guest experience! By integrating GuestRevu directly into the For-Sight Hotel CRM and Marketing Platform, hoteliers can now access powerful guest feedback tools and real-time reputation insights without leaving their CRM environment.

The expanded integration enables hoteliers to:

📩 Opera OHIP Users Can Now Send Detailed Stay Confirmation Emails with Clairvoyix and For-Sight.

The Clairvoyix Leisure Email Reservation Confirmation system for OPERA Cloud automates and enhances hotel or resort property reservation communications with guests.  The Clairvoyix system allows for brand-approved, personalised, and compelling email confirmations that can drive up-selling your property’s amenities and ancillary services.

Clairvoyix gives you email templates available for each of the reservation types, including reservation confirmations, reservation modifications, and reservation cancellations. Paired with For-Sight’s segmentation features, you can populate the email templates with relevant data from the OPERA Cloud PMS, giving you a high level of email personalisation and useful reservations information without requiring any manual intervention from property personnel.
