An effective partnership to deliver on guest communication strategy

Multiple award-winning luxury resort Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort, Global Luxury Spa Hotel of the Year 2018, is committed to its vision to be the preferred Resort destination on the island of Ireland.

In 2019, after 7 years with their previous CRM provider, Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort partnered with For-Sight adopting the For-Sight Guest Engagement Hotel Marketing and CRM solution, having also recently changed their PMS (Property Management System) provider as well.

The greatest consideration for the Galgorm team when moving to a new provider was to find a partner who could help them deliver on their Resort brand promise of “delighting every time”.

Moving from an established provider after a significant period of time can be a daunting prospect, but by working together with the Galgorm team, as well as their PMS provider, the For-Sight team were able to ensure a smooth transition and effective deep level integration.
