We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team!
A product owner works with internal and external stakeholders to understand the problems we want to solve (the problem space) and then drives discussions with development leads to identify solution ideas (the solution space). They are a key part of the sprint team in the iterative development of solutions, providing insight, analysis, and support for other tasks undertaken by the cross-functional sprint team. The role also supports the Product Manager in the ongoing management of product backlogs and roadmaps.
A product owner shows a systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving and is confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels. They can communicate with all stakeholders clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. They are self-motivated, proactive, embrace change, and comfortable with uncertainty. A product owner possesses a broad understanding of both the hospitality industry and relevant legislation and understands the significance of commercial constraints.
